My name is Elly Marquez, and I am a Baby-Led Certified Doula passionate about supporting mothers through one of the most transformative and beautiful experiences of their lives—bringing new life into the world.

My journey to becoming a doula began long before I knew it would be my calling. With over 10 years of experience in holistic esthetics, I’ve always been drawn to nurturing and caring for others. After the birth of my second child, I transitioned to being a stay-at-home mom, and during that time, I experienced the loss of my third pregnancy. It was through this difficult time that I felt a deep calling to support mothers and families, guiding them as they navigate the powerful experience of birth.

Through evidence-based information and empowering birth education, I work alongside families to help them make informed decisions for the kind of birth they envision. I believe that every woman should have the kind of birth that makes her feel safe, supported, and empowered. My role as a doula is to show you the strength and power you already possess within yourself while supporting you in whatever birth experience feels right for you and your baby.

Being a doula is more than just a profession to me—it’s my passion and purpose. I consider it a true honor to be part of your village as you embark on this life-changing journey.

I’m based in Elizabeth, where I live with my two wonderful sons, my husband, and our three playful dogs. In addition to being a doula, I homeschool my two wild boys, and I cherish spending time outdoors, soaking up the beauty of nature whenever I can.
