• Emotional check-ins and birth story reflection
• Infant feeding support (breast/chest, bottle, or combo)
• Nourishing meal delivery or in-home prep
• Light home help: dishes, tidying, laundry, etc.
• Time for you to rest, shower, or breathe while I tend to baby
• Sibling and pet support if needed
